Approval the draft of e-government law

The cabinet meeting chaired by H. E. Mohammad Ashraf Ghani President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan was held at the Chah Chinar Palace of the Presidential Palace on Tuesday afternoon, March 5, 2019.

According to the agenda, justice minister presented a draft law on e-government to the meeting, which has been approved by the cabinet.

The Ministry of Justice was tasked to review and finalize the aforementioned draft at the High- Information Technology Committee by considering the Cabinet’s corrective remarks.
