signing a Memorandum of Understanding between the Department of Telecommunications and Information Technology and the Higher Education Institute of Panjshir Province

The agreement was signed during a meeting with presence of the heads of Communications and Information Technology and the Higher Education Institute, technical staff of the Communications directorate, scientific, financial and administrative deputies, university professors and the representatives of civil society in Panjshir province.

Implementation of the provisions of this memorandum, will provide better ground for the growth and capacity building of technical and administrative staff, scientific research, implementation of joint research projects, and launching seminars, workshops, pieces of trainings and technological consultations and admission of students for short-term training (internship.

Also, the signing of this memorandum will provide environment for capacity building of students in the technological sectors and the development of digital skills, this would lead to the strengthening technical knowledge and how to use information technologies.
