First MCIT-INFOTECH Collaboration Ceremony for Advanced Level IT Training

According a contract between Ministry of Communication & IT and INFOTECH GLOBLE of 150 students were given ICT Certificate after three months training.

To mark this occasion a ceremony was held in Kabul Intercontinental Hotel on Monday 22 April 2013. Eng. Bayalay Hassam deputy Technical Minister and leadership of MCIT, deputy of ministry of social affairs and graduated students participated the event.

At the beginning Eng. Hassam congratulated the students and said: the students who are learned technology applications and programs should serve their country and societies by practical utilization their knowledge. He added, one of the goals of MCIT is people to be acquainted with Information Technology and approach of its usage in their daily life.

Eng. Hassam also mentioned: MCIT endeavors to train professional and experts in Information Technology and E-government sector. He added: for training professional experts MCIT has long- lasting programs and every term will start after assessment of previous period based on our need.

Then deputy minister of Labor and Social Affairs said in his speech: information Technology plays important role in human life and development, as much as we use the IT our communication becomes broader with the world. And he appreciated efforts of MCIT.

Subsequently, General Director IT Mr. Aimal Marjan briefed audience about the importance and continuity of this project and noted that the project has been implemented in all parts of Afghanistan and we are trying to find out young talents and grow them.

It is notable that these programs are funded by the World Bank through MCIT to enhance capacity in communication and information technology. And the remaining 1050 individuals will be train periodically within 5 months in InfoTech, Rana Technology and Kardan Institutions and every period covers three month courses.
