Meeting with officials of World Bank for Afghanistan

Shahzad Aryobee Minister of Communications and Information Technology today met with Mr. Rajendra Shukla chairman of the World Bank for Afghanistan.
During the meeting, minister Aryobee spoke on the role of the World Bank in implementing the CASA Digital Project, e-Governance, regional interconnection, developing ICT policy, digital economic strategy and communications and information technology development, and emphasized on the further expansion of these cooperation.
Subsequently, officials of World Bank - Afghanistan vowing all-round cooperation of the Bank for further development of ICT sector, expressed their satisfaction of the progress made in the field of communications and information technology.
