Introduction the new director of telecommunication and information technology department of Kabul province

Shahzad Aryobee minister of Communications and Information Technology introduced Mr Mohammad Bilal Muskin as the new director of the Telecommunication and Technology Directorate of Kabul province to the employees of this department on Monday, 28 January 2019.
While thanking the leadership of the government and the ministry of Communications and IT, Mr. Mohammad Bilal Muskin committed to do all out his efforts to creating convenient environment for better services to the people of Kabul.
Also, Minister Shahzad Aryobee following the introduction of the new director visited all the departments of the Kabul Telecommunication and Technology Directorate and instructed the relevant authorities for improvement the public services, in particular the telecommunications sector.
