  Afghanistan’s ICT Sector Development Project of MCIT

This refers to the selection of Communications Specialistfor the PMO ofAfghanistan’s ICT Sector Development Project (Project ID P121755; Project Fund: IDA-H-655-AF; Contract Package ID C4.5), for which TOR was published on the Websites of ACBAR and MCIT on 07^th May, 2011.

This is to inform all concerned that Mr. Haji Gul Wahaj; Resident of Jalalabad,Afghanistan stands selected for the advertized position.

Details are given as under:-

Consultants shortlisted for the Post: 1-Mr. Haji Gul Wahaj from Jalalabad-Afghanistan; 2-Mr. Ramin Sharify from Kabul-Afghanistan; 3-Mr. Mumtaz Haidari from Kabul-Afghanistan; 4-Mr. Akhtar Mohammad from Kabul-Afghanistan

  Consultants interviewed for the Post: All the 04 Short-listed Candidates were interviewed for the Post.

  Technical Points assigned to each Consultant who were interviewed by the Selection Committee of MCIT: 1-Mr. Haji Gul Wahaj-82.75 %; 2- Mr. Ramin Sharify-75.75 %; 3- Mr. Mumtaz Haidari-72.50 %; 4-Mr. Akhtar Mohammad-70.25 %

 Final Point Rankings of the Consultants, based on Technical and Financial Criteria: First: Mr. Haji Gul Wahaj;  Second: Mr. Ramin Sharify;  Third: Mr. Mumtaz Haidari; Fourth: Mr. Akhtar Mohammad.

 Details of the Winning Candidate: Mr. Haji Gul Wahaj, Resident of Anbarkhana, Bati-Kot, Nangarhar, Afghanistan  was awarded the Contract, with a Contract Price of  12,00,000 Afs for 12 months(100,000 Afs per month—all inclusive, including taxes).
