Background:
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has been receiving financing from the Core Development Budget of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan for implementing many ICT related Projects. Main Projects are establishment of OFC Backbone and the Fixed Line Networks in the Country. MCIT intends to apply part of the proceeds to hire a qualified Executive Assistant as established for effective implementation of all the Projects.
