Transparency and accountability with e-government: The attendance system of government employees to be electronic in Laghman province
The weekly administrative meeting was held chaired by the Governor of Laghman Province Abdul Wali Vahedzai, with the participation of the deputy heads and officials of the departments.
The director of communications and IT of Laghman Province Mohammad Homayoun Shams presented inclusive information on how information technology services are provided, the current digital situation, the achievements of the department during the first six months of FY 1400, plans, problems and challenges in this sector and ways of solution.
The Governor, who emphasized speeding up the administrative work, instructed the officials of all departments to establish an electronic attendance system within 15 days in coordination with communications and Information Technology department and share the performance report in the next meeting.
