Project Manager for OFC Backbone of south provinces Projects of MCIT in Afghanistan

   Background:

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has received financing from the Core Development Budget of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan towards the cost of the development of a Backbone based on Optical Fibre Cable technology to connect many Provinces and the Districts of the Country. MCIT intends to apply part of the proceeds to hire a qualified Consultant to be the Project Manager for the OFC Backbone of south provinces Projectsin Afghanistan. This Consultancy Support will be provided to the PMO of the Projects, working under PICU of MCIT as established for the Core Development Budget funded Projects of MCIT.
