Mohammad Fahim Hashimi: we deal with every Afghani of the people responsibly

Mohammad Fahim Hashimi acting minister of Communications and Information Technology briefed the Commission of Transportation and Communications of the Meshrano Jirga (Upper House) on monitoring the collection of 10% Tax of Telecom services on Saturday, July 6, 2019.

While presenting his report minister Hashimi told the members of the Commission of Transportation and Communications of the House that we are dealing with it in a responsible manner and to this end we have made the monitoring of this sector more serious.

Hashimi added that the leadership of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has been working hard to not even waste one day to reach a transparent monitoring process.

Minister of Communications and Information Technology also added that the technical teams of the MCIT are seeking fundamental and comprehensive solutions for serious surveillance.

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has collected more than 16 billion AFN from the beginning of the telecomm services tax collection process and has been deposited into the government's revenues.

Minister Mohammad Fahim Hashimi also said that the system for collecting 10% fees of telecommunication services would be completed by next four months and the Real Time Data Management system (RTDMS) will be completed in 15 months according to the contract.
