The Ministry of Communications focuses on Afghanistan's digital economy program
The leadership of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) is considering five-year plan under the title of the (Afghanistan Digital Economy) for its self-sufficiency, creation job opportunities, and increasing national incomes, which includes facilitating, modifying and drafting laws, procedures and regulations, attracting private sector investment in the ICT sector, promoting e-government, simplifying and streamlining public service processes, modernization postal services, connecting the internal and regional fiber optic network, Innovation, the growth of the technology industry and creativity.
By implementation of this program, it is expected Afghanistan will have significant growth in the ICT sector.
