The dedicated weekly session reviewed budget consumption and evaluated the progress of development projects
The weekly budget spending meeting, chaired by the Minister of Communications and Information Technology Masooma Khavari evaluated the performance reports of relevant departments on Tuesday, July 6, 2021.
The meeting was participated by the deputy (Policy and program) minister, official and directors of related projects.
The meeting discussed in detail the status of the Ministry's development projects, including the information technology development project, the Digital CASA project, the Electronic certificates infrastructure, the transformation of the National Information Center into the Cloud infrastructure, and the establishment of an Internet exchange center.
The Minister of Communications and Information Technology Masooma Khavari emphasized speeding up the administration and procurement process of the mentioned projects.
She instructed all directors to prioritize the implementation of projects and to remove obstacles and challenges.
In the end, It was decided that a comprehensive report on the actual implementation and progress of projects have to be presented at next week's meeting.
