Background:
The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has received financing from the World Bank for the ICT Sector Development Project and intends to apply part of the these funds for the consulting services to be provided by a Firm to assist MCIT in the Awareness Campaigns, Media Communications and Job Fairs of IT Industry. The Consultancy Services (“the Services”) include Producing, publishing, distributing and Management of the bi-monthly Technical Journals by a Qualified Firm, under overall directions of His Excellency Deputy Minister-IT of MCIT, at Kabul-Afghanistan
