46 trainees graduate from Parwan Telecommunication Training Center

The Parwan Provincial Department of Telecommunications and Information Technology has announced that 46 apprentices received graduation certificates from the education center of the department.

The ceremony was attended by the Provincial officials, including Mr. Fazluddin Ayyar the governor, adviser to the local organs department and the Parwan telecommunications provincial director.

Mr. Zulmai Nasir director of telecommunication and information technology in Parwan province said that during the six-month education period, the department provided students with internet, information technology and computer program learning facilities.
