MCIT and MoI Technical Teams Visit Asan Khedmat Project Activities in Azerbaijan

A technical team from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and Ministry of Interior headed by the director of the Asan Khedmat Project director, Mr. Mohammad Naeem Samkani had an official trip to Azerbaijan to visit Azerbaijan’s Asan Khedmat Project activities including Traffic system and online passport distribution system.
The Afghan team led by Mr. Samkani was accompanied by the director of capacity building, in charge of law department, the technical deputy director of the passport department, people from Traffic Incidents, Driving license, Directors of finance and admin departments and the authorities of the MCIT technical departments.
The team also had the chance to visit Azerbaijan’s Asan Khedmat Project centers number 3 and 5, online passport system, distribution process of driving license, and attended presentations on HR and Evaluation and monitoring of the E-government promotion process.
It is noteworthy that Asan Khedmat project Afghanistan is working to computerize Kabul Traffic system and the main goal of the technical team that visited Asan Khedmat Azerbaijan was to learn from their experience and implement it in Afghanistan.
