The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan financing MCIT-AFTEL/ICB/NCS-232/97 Network Optimization Management Services for Afghan telecom Corporation the contract named above.
Ministry of Telecommunication and IT- Afghan Telecommunication Corporation (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the MCIT-AFTEL/ICB/NCS-232/97:Network Optimization Management Services for Afghan telecommunication Corporation.

- Financial Capability requirement
The minimum amount of liquid assets and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Bidder shall be: 165,000 Hundred sixty five thousand USD
- Similar Work Experience;
The experience required to be demonstrated by the Bidder as a prime Contractor should include at least one contract in the similar nature and complexity that has been executed during the last five (5) years in the following value: 332,000 USD (three Hundred thirty two thousand USD)
Average annual Turnover Volume of Supplied Good in the Last Five Years.
The minimum required average annual turnover volume of supplied goods for the successful Bidder in the last five (5) years shall be 670,000 USD (six hundred seventy thousand USD)
The bidder must provide Tax Clearance of his past performance for the similar experience and average annual turnover volume as stated in rule of procedures for public procurement.
- Bid Security:
Bid shall include a Bid security in the form of bank guarantee issued by bank using the form included in section 4 of bidding form and will remain valid for a period of 148 days from the date of Bid submission deadline.
The amount of bid security is 26,000.00 USD (twenty six thousand USD)
