National procurement Office launches a one-day training workshop
A one-day training workshop for employees of Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) on finding the administrative requirements was launched by National procurement Office on Saturday, December 29, 2018.
The workshop, attended by more than 25 staff members from different departments of the MCIT, trained various stages of identifying the requirements of the administration as well as the differences between the demands and requirements.
It should be noted that the process of identifying the needs are one of the most important stages in the purchase of goods. This stage is needed more precisely and it is necessary that various elements of the finding of the need, which include the consideration of market facilities, namely the existence of goods in the markets, which is one of the most important requirements And also the delivery of goods and specification of goods are the elements of discovering the needs.
