BRIEF BIOGRAPHY OF Mohsen Khawari Senior Special Assistant to the MCIT
Mohsen Khawari, son of Khodabakhsh, was born in 1988 in Mazar-e-Sharif, Balkh province. He completed his primary education up to high school in mathematics and physics in Iran in 2007 with honors.
He completed his higher education in Civil Engineering in 2014 from Avicenna University, Kabul. He is currently studying for a master's degree in Governmental Management.
Fluent in national languages and English and Turkish.
He has performed the following tasks at the same time and after completing his studies:
